Canada tax cut sparking dissent about Justin Trudeau and his Liberals cabinet lately. Many think tax cut before Canada election is a political stunt in Canadian politics. Trudeau's tax break has been criticized by conservatives and Pierre Poilievre, contrasting with Trudeau's response to high Canada's grocery prices affordability crisis and high cost of living in Canada. Some demand for carbon tax cuts or income tax cuts in Canada instead. Jagmeet Singh supporting Justin Trudeau's tax break is facing criticisms too.
How should Canada response to the new Canada GST relief? Amidst Canada immigration crisis, Canada real estate market and Canada housing crisis, a precarious Canadian economy; making life in Canada quite expensive, especially in cities like Toronto, British Columbia. Reports show economic migrants are leaving Canada in droves, since living in Canada has become nearly impossible. Does a Trudeau tax cut truly alleviate the economic hardship in Canada? I captured these thoughts in this podcast episode.

Justin Trudeau in Canada shares 14 distinct similarities with the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris administration in the U.S. There is a housing crisis, cost-of-living crisis, even an immigration crisis in Canada. Canada housing market prices is causing a Canada housing crisis, affordability crisis and poor standard of living in Canada. Canada immigration policies have also failed under Justin Trudeau and the Liberal cabinet, worsening the job market, straining healthcare and public services. Compared with the United States Kamala-Biden administration, Canada's economic policies, Canada's foreign relations and regional policies (as seen in the India Canada relations), abortion rights, climate change policies are all similar as in the US under the Democratic Biden and Kamala government.
These issues are discussed extensively in this monologue without holding back any details.

In this podcast episode with a human resource specialist, we discuss the current socio-economic challenges facing Nigeria, including its decline from being Africa's largest economy, the broken education system, high unemployment rates, and the brain drain of professionals seeking better opportunities abroad.

This is causing labor shortage in the IT industries and among Nigerian doctors.

Nigerian immigrants, from the ghettos, achieving remarkable success in the United States; a testament to the power of resilience, education, faith, and the pursuit of the American dream. Back in Nigeria, a brain drain in which many are relocating from Nigeria to Canada through the Canada express entry, obtaining Canada PR (permanent resident in Canada). Others relocating from Nigerian to the US, and other Western countries. Japa from Nigeria as often referred to, the Canada immigration story or American immigration experience is not all rosy.
Yet, Nigerians excel abroad. Nigerian immigrants are outstanding among Africans in diaspora. Nigerian-American immigrants navigate challenges, overcome the myths of racism, and contribute to the economy and wealth of the United States and the West. Significant representation in HBCUs and black colleges and fostering black history and black excellence.
I sat with my good friend, with an inspiring journey from a Nigerian ghetto to a thriving career in tech as a Google Staff Engineer.

DEI in Canada news media is super controversial. An attempt at inclusive hiring often imply "we'll accept anybody but a white man". These are insights from studying public discourse, media bias, by an expert political scientist.
Public broadcasting has hiring practices rooted in diversity, equity and inclusion. Arguably, in Canadian media, diminishes meritocracy, introduces bias in political perspectives and journalism. Consequently, Canada news media; either the CTV, CBC news, The National among several others, often caught betwixt the need for objective news, diversity and inclusion, and favoritism for the liberal left Canadian politics, play a significant role in media bias.
There remains the question: Is it time to defund the CBC- Pierre Poilievre?
Canada, under Justin Trudeau's government, spends a fortune on federally funded media. Largely, CBC news is a financial sinkhole, condemned by the conservative party of Canada and key conservative voices in Canada. This has eroded the public's trust in media and zero motivation in the news industry in Canada.
Canada politics, similar to US politics, is becoming divisive amidst calls to defund the CBC and stop the horrendous government ventures on federally funded media, particularly, amidst a cost of living crisis and housing crisis in Canada. Others, including Elon Musk on Twitter, has called for defunding the CBC.
In this podcast episode, we dive into a compelling discussion with a Canadian professor who explains why it's now easier to defund the CBC. We explore the intricacies of federally funded media and government funded media, and how political figures like Pierre Poilievre are influencing this movement.
